Nice experience of stay at your second home Apartments. Apartment was furnished with kitchen and utensils . Location is perfect 2 min from the railway station and bus stop.

I stayed in this apartment in Dec 2024, during my recent business trip, and I wanted to share my feedback.

1. Cleanliness: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable environment.

2. Amenities: The facilities were excellent—Wi-Fi was reliable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.

3. Location: The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants, which made my commute and dining convenient. This is next to my company

4. Service: The check-in process was seamless, and was very responsive whenever I had a question or needed assistance.

I recommend my friends to stay in this apartment during their visit in Sindelfingen

The Apartment 11 as described by Your2ndhome in YouTube. Maintenance and Service is not good, you need to wait till the weekend to get a problem fixed. No Dishwasher and yet charging more than 80euro which is high for the amenities according to locals. The location of the apartment is great which has good access to all the basic needs as well as for the public transport.

I've had the pleasure of living in Your2ndhome Apartments two times during my visit to Germany, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, Ashish was incredibly welcoming and attentive to any needs I had. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and meticulously maintained, making it truly feel like a second home. The amenities provided, from washing machine, TV, sofa, king size bed, internet, heaters, added so much value to my living experience. Additionally, the location couldn't be better, with convenient access to Stern Centre, Kauffland, ZOB, and Office. Perfect place for your business trip stay. The location of apartment is the best. Walking distance to Mercedes. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen also where you can cook also.

I stayed in one of the apartments for almost year and a half. Apartment was in a prime location and I liked the community nearby. Truely felt 2nd home away from home.

I had a great experience staying here. I happened to stay here since I didn't get any hotels near by. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The studio apartment is spacious and has everything that you need for a pleasant stay. A spacious room with a compact kitchen and a bathroom including facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, utensils including rice cooker was more than what I needed during the stay.

The location of this apartment is the icing on the cake as it's located above the Koz restaurant and is right in between Sindelfingen ZOB and Sindelfingen railway station. Aldi store is right opposite to the apartment and many other supermarkets are within 300m walkable distance.

Also, Ashish was great host and a very approachable and helpful person. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Sindelfingen.
