Zion Spa ruined my colleague's birthday and left me deeply disappointed.

I planned to give my colleague a Zion Spa gift card worth X EUR as a thoughtful present. However, when I inquired by email, I was informed that this option was not available, and I could only purchase certificates for entry or specific treatments. Reluctantly, I purchased two entry certificates. At no point was it mentioned that these certificates were non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

Unfortunately, I later discovered that my colleague could not use the swimming pool, making the entry certificates unsuitable. When she arrived at Zion Spa on her birthday, the staff refused to exchange the two entry certificates for a massage certificate, even though the massage costs less than the two entries combined. They offered no solutions and effectively ruined her special day.

The following day, I visited Zion Spa in person to address the issue. To my shock, I learned that a gift card equivalent to X EUR was, in fact, available—contradicting the information I had previously been given. Additionally, the staff claimed the certificate stated it was non-refundable, which was untrue.

The level of misinformation, incompetence, and unprofessional behavior displayed by Zion Spa’s staff is astonishing. Even more troubling is their apparent lack of willingness to prioritize their clients or rectify their mistakes.

I am determined to escalate this issue until I receive a proper apology and the staff are held accountable for their incompetence.

Netřeba velkého komentáře, samotný Kempinski hotel je prostě unikát a jejich spa s výhledem na Štrbské pleso je prostě dechberoucí, nádherný velký bazén a velká vířivka je bezchybná, výhledy k nezaplacení i ráno mělo naprostý kouzelný nádech. Je to dobre zaplacený luxus, který stojí za to bez debat.
